Complaint of ombudsman, Mr. Anatolie Munteanu, of the constitutionality review of Annex No.2 provisions of the Regulation on military medical expertise in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Moldova, approved by Government Decision of 23 July 2003 no.897 Annex No. 8 to Regulation on incorporating citizens in military service or in the reduced term, approved by Government Decision no.864 of August 17, 2005.
