Between 13 to 15 September 2009 the Constitutional Court delegation attended the conference dedicated to human rights in Central and Eastern Europe, Speyer and Karlsruhe, Germany, at the invitation of the German Institute of Administrative Sciences and the Federal Constitutional Court GFR.
