Internal Audit Service

 

Internal Audit Service is a subdivision of the Secretariat of the Court with the following duties:

 

• development of methodological norms of the public internal audit of the Constitutional Court;
• development of the annual internal audit plan;
• public internal auditing to assess whether the financial management and control systems of the Constitutional Court are transparent and in accordance with the rules of legality, regularity, economy, efficiency and effectiveness;
• preparation of the annual report of the public internal audit, including the key findings, conclusions and recommendations resulting from the audit, and any irregularities or damages found;
• duties prescribed by law and any other works ordered by the President of the Constitutional Court
