The Report on the Exercise of Constitutional Jurisdiction in 2020

In light of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova taking over the presidency of the Conference of European Constitutional Courts in the XVIII^th Congress of the Conference for the next three years, and in order to further strengthen the friendly relationship with other constitutional courts and international organizations by sharing our experience and making it accessible, the Court has decided to publish the annual report on its activity for 2020 in English.
